PLACING AN ORDER

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the LeighDeux web site. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the "Add to Cart" button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions.

When you place your order, you acknowledge that you accept LeighDeux's customer service policies.

PAYMENT & SALES TAX

Presently, LeighDeux accepts credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Discover and Paypal. LeighDeux gift cards are also accepted. Credit cards are charged as soon as your order is placed. You will be notified if your order cannot be fulfilled within the lead time noted at the time of your order. Because LeighDeux operates in North Carolina and South Carolina, we are required to collect 7.25% sales tax on orders shipped to a North Carolina address, and 8% on orders shipped to a South Carolina address. Those who live outside North Carolina or South Carolina will not be charged sales tax for orders placed with LeighDeux, but should consult applicable tax laws in their state.

REQUESTING A SWATCH

LeighDeux is happy to offer fabric swatches and finish samples for most of our linens and furnishings in order to help you select the right item every time.

A nominal fee of $5 will be charged for swatches.

Important Notice: Due to the fact that dye lots vary, the colors in the swatches can differ from the color of the finished product.

RETURNS

The LeighDeux team wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not smiling from ear to ear after your receive your awesome LeighDeux products, returns can be made by shipping your unwanted item(s) back to our warehouse within 14 days of your order.  Please note the following:

We will exchange or give you credit for any item that is in new condition and in original packaging, unused, and unwashed. All custom orders (personalized or monogrammed merchandise) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Only full price merchandise may be returned within 14 days from your invoice date if accompanied by the original packing slip or order number. All sales od discounted merchandise are final.  Your credit card account will be credited the appropriate amount upon processing of the returned item(s).

It helps us process your return or exchange faster if you use the original shipping box and packing materials when shipping products back to us. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for processing and 1-2 billing cycles for your credits to appear on your statement. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation once we have successfully processed your return and credited your account. 

Please contact LeighDeux customer service at info@leighdeux.com to notify us of your return. You have several options to make your return:

A) Need a return or exchange form?  Download your printable version here You will need to drop off your package at a nearby Fed Ex location; 

B) We can create a Fed Ex Call Tag and schedule a pick up at your home. You will receive a confirmation statement from Fed Ex and they will create a label upon arrival. Please note return shipping is billed at the customer’s expense and will be charged to your credit card;  

C) You can ship it back to us on your own.  If you choose this option, please pack the merchandise in its original packaging and send it to:

You will receive a return confirmation email once we receive your package (allow up to 14 days for in-house processing). Please keep your shipping receipt number for reference and tracking. NOTE:  A restocking fee of 10% of the cost of the returned item applies to your order.  

A credit for the value of the returned merchandise, less the restocking fee and shipping will appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.

NOTE: When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

Exchange Due to a Manufacturer’s Defect or Incorrect Shipment: We strive to maintain the highest level of product quality and accurate shipments. However, if your order is found to be defective or incorrect, please return the item using our postage-paid return label, and we will gladly send you a new item free of any shipping charges. (Exchanges for defective merchandise must be exchanged for the same size, color, and style as the defective item.

  EXCHANGES

          All Other Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item for something different than what was ordered, please indicate your preferred item on the merchandise return/exchange form that we emailed you.

    Use our Easy Return/Exchange label for a flat fee of $8.95

                                                     If you need to return OR EXCHANGE an item or items AND want to re-order the same item or items in a different size or color‚ we can issue you a return/exchange label for a flat fee of $8.95.

                                                      *  Securely package the items you wish to return, and apply the return label that was e-mailed to you;

                                                      *  Drop off your package to be shipped or mailed;

                                                      *  A flat fee of 8.95 will be deducted from the amount of your refund, along with your restocking fee.

                                                    

     Returning gift?

     Include the name and address of the person who purchased the gift with your return. Tell us if you’d like a refund, gift card, or prefer to exchange it for another product.

     If you return a gift for which there is no record of purchase, we'll issue a refund for the item’s last selling price in the form of a LeighDeux Gift Card.
